Job summary

Hyremote LLC is seeking a centralized IT services professional to proactively identify and resolve security, compliance, Windows, and device-management issues across large numbers of endpoints. You will combine troubleshooting, scripting in PowerShell, automation, and Microsoft 365 tooling to improve systems before users are affected.

You will monitor alerts, manage Windows compliance, automate repetitive work, and coordinate with the team while documenting actions in the ticketing system.

Qualifications

• IT support experience is required.
• Ability to independently write and test PowerShell scripts.
• Strong Windows desktop troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve centralized alerts for malware, quarantine, device compliance, and proactive issues.
• Manage Windows compliance updates and security standards.
• Write, test, and refine PowerShell scripts to automate issues across devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktop and networking issues (VLANs, DNS, DHCP, subnets, connectivity).
• Use Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID to manage devices, policies, updates, and endpoint configurations.
• Handle bulk remediation and automation-heavy technical projects when issues affect larger groups of devices.
• Escalate issues when needed and document work in the ticketing system.
