VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) is hiring for a remote IT Desktop Support specialist to assist our work-at-home workforce. You will handle hardware, software, and connectivity issues, delivering real-time solutions with strong documentation.

The role requires 2+ years in IT desktop support, proficiency in Windows and Mac ecosystems, AD and MFA, plus VMware knowledge. Evening/weekend flexibility and a customer-focused, secure support mindset are required.

Qualifications

2+ years of desktop IT support in a fast-paced environment.
BPO experience is preferred.
Proficient in Windows OS and Office 365.
Proficient in Mac OS and associated software.
Experienced with hardware, VPN, and remote support tools.
Excellent documentation of resolutions for tracking.
Familiar with VMware and Active Directory concepts.
Knowledge of MFA configuration and end-user management.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to work-at-home staff for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Use remote tools, web meetings, email, tickets, and chat to resolve incidents.
Aim for high first-contact closure with effective remote troubleshooting.
Document all resolutions and escalations in the ticketing system.
Configure and troubleshoot devices including thin clients and peripherals.
Follow procedures and contribute to new SOPs as technologies evolve.
Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and security compliance.
