Job summary

Everise in the Philippines seeks a Specialist – IT Desktop Support to join the Information Technology team, delivering desktop support to corporate users and customers. You will administer Windows applications, Exchange, AD, DNS/DHCP, and Cisco networking, while providing 24x7 on-call production support.

A CS degree with 2–4 years’ experience and relevant certifications are preferred. This role emphasizes professionalism, multi-project handling, and willingness to work off-hours to ensure system

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science with 2–4 years IT desktop support experience.
• Certifications such as A+ or MCSE preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work off-hours as required.
• Management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows-based applications.
• Manage Exchange, remote access, and AD including user accounts and permissions.
• Desktop management with patching and imaging.
• Knowledge of DNS, WINS, DHCP.
• Knowledge of Cisco routing and switching.
• Provide 24x7 on-call IT production support.
