Job summary

Foundever Philippines is seeking a customer support specialist to deliver world‑class service, handling inbound/outbound technical concerns and supporting Foundever At Home employees. The role requires a BS in IT or Computer Science with prior customer service and basic IT support experience, strong communication, and readiness to go onsite in the near future.

Temporary WFH arrangements may apply with personal equipment and internet.

Qualifications

BS in IT or Computer Science (or equivalent).
Experience in customer service and basic IT support roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Conscientious with attention to detail.
Knowledge in desktop troubleshooting, VPN/VDI, MS Office.

Responsibilities

Provide world class customer service through first call and first level resolution and appropriate escalation; document resolution in tickets and knowledge base.
Streamline the process of receiving, logging, escalating, and resolving support requests.
Assess severity and escalate to minimize time to resolution.
Own tickets to closure; document processes; provide first level support for Foundever At Home employees; perform other duties.
Handle inbound and outbound calls; provide TechnicalVoice/Email/Chat support.
