We’re hiring a Junior IT Specialist to support a US executive’s technical environment, troubleshoot Windows systems, and assist with cloud tools while learning Claude and automation.

You’ll work with real-world Windows administration tasks, write and review scripts, follow procedures, and report results clearly. Strong English and proactive learning are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional IT support or similar role.
• Working knowledge of Windows and PowerShell.
• Ability to read basic Python or PowerShell scripts.
• Upper-Intermediate English and clear written updates.
• Follow procedures, document work, and report issues clearly.
• Familiarity with cloud consoles (AWS/Azure/GCP) and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide Windows support and routine administration using PowerShell, command-line tools, and Remote Desktop.
• Follow documented procedures, verify results, and report progress clearly.
• Document each task with actions, results and evidence.
• Use AI assistants to investigate issues, write scripts, and draft responses, validating output.
• Follow security procedures, protect credentials, back up before changes.
• Track issues through to resolution, including during weekend shifts.
• Contribute to practical tools and automation for projects.
