Hunt St Pty Ltd. seeks a Philippines-based Office Manager (Systems & Operations) to build and scale the client’s office tech stack. You’ll implement ServiceM8 and Xero, integrate with an external AI provider, and automate workflows across the business environment.

The role requires hands-on design of processes, systems testing, and ongoing improvements, with daily collaboration during AU business hours. This is a remote, contractor position aligned with flexible time management.

Qualifications

• Technical mindset with hands-on experience building and improving business systems.
• Experience configuring ServiceM8 and Xero for operations workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with an external AI systems provider and test integrations.
• Comfort with independent work and owning system improvements.

Responsabilités

• Build and improve office systems, workflows, processes, and SOPs from the ground up.
• Collaborate with external AI provider to test and improve integrations and automated workflows.
• Identify and implement AI, automation, APIs, and integrations to reduce manual work.
• Configure and maintain ServiceM8 (staff roles, job types, stages, templates, forms).
• Set up and test end-to-end quote-to-invoice workflow and Xero integration.
• Troubleshoot system issues and develop practical solutions.
• Document systems and train team members on their use.
• Continuously review and improve systems for efficiency and scalability.
