• Comfortable coordinating with overseas teams and site contacts.

Responsibilities

• Tender administration and record-keeping from enquiry to submission.
• Coordinate logistics and ensure timely material delivery with the China team and sites.
• Maintain project files and ensure subcontractor documentation.
• Handle email correspondence and client/supplier follow-ups.
• Support research, data entry, and general admin; update operations lead.
