Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines seeks an IT Applications Support professional to serve as Level II support, diagnosing and resolving system-related problems and coordinating with global teams to maintain application reliability.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting in-house and cloud-based applications (HCM, Financials, Recruiting, Payroll), training users, publishing documentation, and producing weekly status reports on issues and activities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience with .NET technology.
• UI tech stacks include AngularJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Node.js.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and web frameworks.
• Experience with code versioning systems (Git, SVN) and cloud platforms (AWS advantageous).
• Understanding of Agile-SCRUM and ITIL standards for operational environments.
• Experience in operations help desk or service desk support.”

Responsibilities

• Serve as Level II IT Applications Support for corporate applications.
• Troubleshoot and triage in-house and cloud-based applications (HCM, Financials, Recruiting, Payroll).
• Coordinate incidents, track progress, and communicate status updates.
• Provide user training and publish documentation for employees.
• Generate weekly status reports on issue trends and support activities.
