Job summary

TaskUs Philippines is seeking an IT Applications Support professional (Level II) to analyze, diagnose, and resolve system issues across in-house and cloud-based applications (HCM, Financials, Recruiting, Payroll). You will collaborate with Business Analysts and Development Teams to keep applications reliable and train teammates.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with .NET technology and OOP fundamentals.
• Experience with AngularJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Node.js.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and web frameworks.
• Experience with Git, SVN and cloud platforms (AWS a plus).
• Familiarity with Agile-SCRUM and ITIL standards.
• Experience in operations help desk or IT service management.
• Knowledge of user administration, system configuration, and SQL scripting.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills; able to work remotely in a global team.
• Can start ASAP or within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the single point of contact for employees regarding corporate application issues; troubleshoot in-house and cloud-based apps.
• Incident Management: Own user issues, coordinate resolutions, track progress, and communicate status updates.
• Training & Documentation: Provide user training and publish documentation to assist employees.
• Reporting: Generate weekly status reports outlining issue trends and support activities.
