Minutes To Seconds is seeking an IT Account Manager – MSP for the Philippines, working fully from home to manage Australian client relationships. You will coordinate service delivery, review performance, and identify opportunities to expand services such as Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud, cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of IT account management, customer success, service delivery or MSP experience.
Experience working with Australian clients is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of managed IT services and IT infrastructure.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Australian clients.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships and understand client priorities.
Coordinate IT service delivery and monitor SLA performance.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews and reports.
Identify growth opportunities and support renewals, proposals and quotations.
