This fully remote role supports candidates and recruiters by phone, with guidance from a team lead. You will use Lever, Aircall, and Calendly to coordinate interviews.

The position offers a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities. Strong English, reliable internet, and a home office setup are expected.

Qualifications

• Professional spoken and written English required.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned candidates in ATS and compare with recruiters' calendars.
• Call candidates using business phone system and introduce yourself.
• Ask about interest and availability and explain the interview process.
• Suggest available times using scheduling tools and book slots.
• Read back interview details and explain next steps to candidates.
• Send reminders with agreed details before interviews.
