Primops in the Philippines is seeking a Candidate Interviewer to conduct short, structured telephone interviews with assigned applicants for recruitment support. You will follow a fixed outline, score responses, and record notes to assist recruiters before the next conversations.

This fully remote role offers a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities. You will review candidate lists in Workable, contact candidates via Dialpad, and coordinate interview schedules using Google Calendar.

Qualifications

• Professional spoken and written English.
• A computer, a mobile phone, stable internet, and reliable electricity.
• No recruiting experience required; related phone interviewing, customer service, or interview scheduling experience preferred.
• Calm phone voice and confidence introducing yourself, asking short questions, and explaining the next step clearly.
• Ability to follow a structured interview outline and apply a simple scoring guide without personal bias.
• Willingness to learn candidate tracking, phone, and scheduling tools during onboarding.
• Care with candidate names, interview dates, call results, and notes to help recruiters understand each conversation.
• Fully remote work setup focused on phone interviews and clear candidate updates.
• Structured onboarding and guided practice with the named tools before handling the complete call process.
• Regular check-ins with the team lead to review questions and improve interview notes.

Responsibilities

• Hold short, structured phone interviews about interest, availability, workspace, and spoken English.
• Review the assigned applicant list in Workable before calls; plan next contacts.
• Call applicants via Dialpad; introduce yourself and explain the reason for the call.
• Listen to answers and record scored notes using the recruiter’s guide; ask clarifying follow-ups.
• Explain next steps using approved info; escalate questions to the recruiting team lead as needed.
• Mark candidates as ready, not ready now, or not a fit, and explain the next step politely.
• Arrange recruiter interviews using Google Calendar; confirm date/time before ending calls.
• Send interview reminders and follow up after missed interviews; rebook as requested.
• Update call results, candidate stages, and next actions; share notes with recruiters.
• Keep candidate information private throughout the process.
