Qualifications

• Professional spoken and written English.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
• No recruiting experience required; prior phone support, customer service or interview scheduling experience is a plus.
• A calm, friendly phone voice and the ability to explain next steps clearly.
• Fully remote work from home with guidance on using Workable, JustCall and Google Calendar.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned candidate lists and plan callbacks.
• Call candidates using a business phone system and introduce yourself.
• Share role points and check candidate interest with basic fit questions.
• Schedule recruiter interviews and confirm details with candidates.
• Record calls and notes in the candidate record and share with recruiters.
• Provide daily updates on calls and booked interviews.
