Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• No recruiting experience required; related phone screening, customer service, or admin experience preferred.
• Calm, friendly phone voice and ability to explain steps clearly.
• Willingness to learn candidate tracking, calling, and scheduling tools.
• Care in entering candidate answers, interview dates, and call results.
• Respect for candidate privacy when viewing notes and sharing information.
• Ability to follow screening rules and ask for guidance when unsure.
• Fully remote work from home setup for calls and scheduling tasks.
• Structured onboarding and training on the named tools, with guided practice.

Responsibilities

• Ask basic questions about interest, availability, workspace, and spoken English.
• Open assigned candidate lists in Greenhouse and review notes to plan calls.
• Call applicants via a business phone system; introduce yourself and purpose.
• Record answers and classify candidates per recruiter rules.
• Explain the next step and forward questions to the recruiting team lead.
• Book ready candidates with recruiters using Outlook; confirm interview date/time.
• Send short interview reminders and reschedule missed interviews as needed.
• Record each call result and next action clearly for team members.
• Share completed screening notes with the recruiter before the interview and highlight unanswered questions.
• Keep candidate records tidy and private; mark wrong numbers or duplicates.
• Meet quality standards through accurate notes, polite calls, correct bookings, and timely follow-ups.
