Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) seeks an Accountant (Remote) to support international client accounts. You’ll manage full‑cycle accounting for abroad clients, with North American hours and a night shift. This is a remote, full‑time role offering stability, growth, and real client impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least three years of accounting or bookkeeping experience serving clients abroad.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; experience with Xero, Bill.com, or Google Workspace/Excel is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English; client-facing experience essential.
• Ownership mindset: organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage several clients with accuracy.
• Comfortable night shift aligned with North American hours.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle accounting for clients abroad: AP/AR, journal entries, accruals, and month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) with variance analysis.
• Build budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash-flow projections; monitor burn and runway.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts; resolve discrepancies.
• Run payroll accurately with proper approvals and deductions.
• Standardize checklists, SOPs, and close calendars; identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with teammates and clients abroad; translate financials into plain English.
• Keep documentation audit-ready and records organized.
