Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting for international clients in a remote, night-shift role aligned with North American hours. You will produce timely statements, analyze variances, and support client advisory, with emphasis on accuracy and process discipline.

The role requires three+ years of abroad-client experience, CPA/Non-CPA welcome, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping for international clients.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required; experience with Xero/Bill.com/Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for clients abroad: AP/AR, journals, accruals, and month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) with variance analysis and actionable insights.
• Build budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash-flow projections.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts.
• Run payroll accurately with approvals and deductions.
• Keep documentation audit-ready and organized records.
