Job summary

Permworks is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead the Operations department remotely from the Philippines. You will own department strategy, design core processes, and manage relationships with marketplace partners, ensuring service levels, accuracy, and throughput.

You will guide a team spanning order support, fulfillment, and analytics, driving continuous improvement and performance against targets while collaborating with Revenue, Technology, and Finance to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, ideally in high-volume environments such as ecommerce or marketplaces.
• 3+ years leading multi-function teams (support, fulfillment, analytics).
• Proven ability to design scalable operational processes and manage external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the LMA for the Operations department and translate strategy into execution.
• Design and document core operational processes across fulfillment, QA, and case resolution.
• Manage marketplace relationships and coordinate with partner platforms to maintain smooth ops.
• Drive performance via scorecards and targets for throughput, accuracy, and SLAs.
• Lead and develop teams across functions and analytics leadership for shift coordination and capability development.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Technology, and Finance to align with company goals.
