Qualifications

• Experience communicating with clients and caregivers by phone.
• Familiar with EMR or healthcare systems in a professional setting.
• Healthcare administration or home care exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, caregivers, and families with professionalism.
• Coordinate scheduling and care-related communications with warmth and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records in the EMR system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member promptly.
• Provide administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
