Overseas is seeking an Intake Specialist and Receptionist (Healthcare) to serve as the first point of contact for clients and caregivers from a fully remote setting. You will manage phone-based communications, coordinate scheduling, and handle EMR records with accuracy and care.

The role requires a confident, clear phone presence and experience with an EMR or healthcare system. Training will be provided, and you will work during US business hours from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience with an EMR or healthcare management software in a professional capacity.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Healthcare/home care background is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, caregivers, and family members with professionalism and care.
• Assist with scheduling coordination between clients and caregivers and communicate updates clearly.
• Enter, update, and maintain client and caregiver records in the EMR system.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
