You will handle intake, insurance verification, appointment coordination, claims processing, and follow-up, with US carrier interactions and use of TherapyNotes.

The role requires 2+ years of healthcare billing experience, strong English communication, and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical billing or intake coordination
• Experience with US-based providers/payers
• Proficient in EHR/EMR systems
• Excellent English communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient intake, onboarding, and documentation collection.
• Manage inbound/outbound communications via phone, email, and secure messaging.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments in the EHR.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits before appointments.
• Submit and monitor insurance claims for timely reimbursement.
• Process payment postings and billing reconciliations.
• Research and resolve denied/unpaid claims with payer follow-up.
• Communicate with insurers regarding claims and billing concerns.
• Generate accounts receivable and aging reports.
