Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Process medication prior authorization requests and communicate with insurers, pharmacies, providers and patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility, coverage, and benefits prior to appointments and document in EMR.
• Receive, process, and track patient referrals, coordinating with providers and insurers as needed.
