Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking an Intake Coordinator to manage the initial client referral and intake process. This remote role requires coordinating inquiries, collecting client information, and scheduling follow-ups while aligning with internal teams to ensure a seamless intake workflow.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in related roles, strong organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Case Management, Intake, Support Center, or Contact Center, preferably in Home Care or Home Health.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Exceptional follow-up skills, with a proactive, self-starting approach to tasks.
• Strong analytical skills to read, interpret, and act upon referral information and data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Owners and Partners through the referral process.
• Execute business processes with precision and attention to detail, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize inside sales knowledge to identify and act on opportunities with current partners.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation to ensure clear and accurate records.
• Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively and professionally.
• Apply excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and specialized databases, to manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with all organizational and partner policies.
