Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Client Care Representative to support care coordination and scheduling operations from an office-based setting. You will match caregivers with clients, manage schedules, and maintain positive relationships with clients and care staff.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in scheduling, virtual support, and healthcare environments. Weekend/holiday flexibility is needed, with shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH time.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, coordination, or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or home care.
• Experience in virtual or remote support roles is a plus.
• Proficiency with scheduling platforms and administrative tools.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion and empathy when working with clients and caregivers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in complex interpersonal situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care by assessing client needs and matching caregivers or nurses.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and caregivers, review nurse notes, and coordinate with RN Care Manager.
• Create and maintain accurate client, nurse, and caregiver schedules; update data in ABS and Alora systems.
• Monitor attendance, resolve scheduling conflicts, and follow up on clock-in/clock-out discrepancies; provide basic user support.
• Handle new patient intake calls, route inquiries, and ensure confidentiality; provide updates on caregiver schedules to clients.
• Document client changes, follow up on orders, and conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
