Qualifications

• Must be a bachelor’s degree graduate of any medical allied courses.
• Must have an active medical coding certification: CPC, CCS, or CIC.
• At least 1 year of recent and pertinent clinical/hospital or similar experience.
• At least 3 years of inpatient/outpatient coding experience.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in auditing and refining inpatient coding to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Work within a high-performing team dedicated to optimizing clinical workflows and elevating patient care standards.
