Med-Metrix, LLC in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Analyst for Inpatient Coding working from home. The role focuses on improving documentation, coding accuracy, and compliance, reviewing coder output, and guiding quality programs.

Qualified candidates have a medical/ allied medical degree, AAPC/AHIMA certification, CPT/E/M coding knowledge, and 2+ years of inpatient coding experience. Day 1 benefits and full-time remote work are offered, along with professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of medical or allied medical course or equivalent work experience.
• Hold AAPC and/or AHIMA certification; CPMA is an advantage.
• Proficient with E/M and CPT Procedure coding.
• At least 2 years of solid inpatient coding.
• HIPAA knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the team to meet objectives and maintain company culture.
• Administer the quality assessment process to meet standards.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure quality and productivity targets are met.
• Review reports and data to meet client and company objectives.
• Communicate review findings to coding management and drive quality improvements.
