Job summary

Med-Metrix, LLC in the Philippines seeks a Quality Analyst, Inpatient Coding to collaborate on documentation, coding and compliance, and to assess coding quality on accounts completed by Medical Coders. This role designs and implements quality review programs, communicates findings to coding management, ensures HIPAA compliance and mastery of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of IPDRG coding experience.
• Proficient with E/M and CPT procedure coding.
• Minimum of 6 months' experience with exceptional performance in quality management coding; HIPAA knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the team to meet objectives and maintain company policies and procedures.
• Manage daily operational processes to meet quality, efficiency and productivity targets.
• Collaborate across workgroups to resolve issues affecting customers and ensure schedule adherence.
• Document performance and target attainment for each team member and drive improvements.
