Job summary

Shearwater Health is seeking an Inpatient & Outpatient Coding Quality Analyst for a full-time, remote role. You will ensure accuracy in outpatient coding and documentation to support precise reporting and optimal reimbursement.

The position requires a BS Nursing with active PRC license and an active medical coding certification (CPC/CCS/CIC/COC), plus 1 year of clinical experience and 3 years of inpatient/outpatient coding experience. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing with active PRC license.
• Active medical coding certification (CPC/CCS/CIC/COC) required.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical/hospital experience.
• At least 3 years of inpatient/outpatient coding experience.
