Job summary

Shearwater CPO® - Home of Clinicians is seeking a Medical Coding professional to assist in coding processes. This role involves providing improvements and support to Inpatient, Outpatient, and other coding programs.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related medical field, have recent medical coding experience, and hold a CCS or CIC license. This position offers HMO benefits and the possibility to work in various locations including Taguig, Cebu, Pampanga, or Davao.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related medical field.
• Recent experience in medical coding in a clinical/BPO/CPO setup.
• Active Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC) license.
• Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work a temporary work-from-home setup.
• Willingness to work in Taguig, Cebu, Pampanga, or Davao.
