Med-Metrix is seeking a Quality Analyst, Inpatient Coding to enhance documentation, coding accuracy, and compliance across payer accounts. You will design quality review programs, review coding, and communicate findings to coding management.

The role requires CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HIPAA expertise, with leadership responsibilities and the ability to work from home. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in inpatient coding, APAC/US healthcare knowledge, and strong communication skills to guide a team and

Qualifications

• Graduate of medical or allied medical field or equivalent experience.
• Certified by AAPC and/or AHIMA; CPMA is a plus.
• Proficient in E/M and CPT coding procedures.
• Minimum 2 years in inpatient coding and quality management.
• HIPAA knowledge and compliant handling of PHI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the quality assessment process for coding.
• Manage daily operations to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Act as client contact for operational issues; escalate as needed.
• Review reports and data to meet client and company objectives.
• Develop and maintain quality coding review programs.
• Document performance against targets and drive improvements.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.
• Support training and onboarding for new hires.
