Lago is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our remote team supporting U.S.-based skilled trades and home services clients. You will own end-to-end recruitment, manage multiple client accounts, and drive hiring outcomes from sourcing to offer acceptance.

The role requires at least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, excellent English, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A reliable internet connection and a Philippine-based presence are essential.

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based clients.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Based in the Philippines; ready for remote work.
• Must have reliable internet and backup power plan.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting across multiple client accounts.
• Screen candidates via phone/video interviews.
• Maintain organized pipelines and monitor progress.
