You will handle background checks, interview scheduling, requisition management, onboarding, and ensure tracker accuracy while maintaining strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.

The role offers a remote work arrangement with a 9 pm–6 am Manila time shift, enabling flexible collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in recruitment or HR administration.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, databases/CRM/ATS.
• Driven by best practice and operational excellence.
• Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple assignments.
• Strong problem solving with a proactive approach.
