Job summary

Hireframe is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries from sourcing to offer. You will own the full candidate lifecycle for multiple active requisitions and report to the Recruiting Manager, collaborating with account managers and US-based clients to ensure strong candidate alignment.

This Philippines-based team works US Pacific hours in coordination with recruiters, coaches, and operations, emphasizing quality judgment, speed, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in remote staffing or agency environments.
• Strong instincts for candidate quality and ability to differentiate interview performance from actual potential.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication reflected in endorsements, emails, and client interactions.
• Comfortable managing multiple requisitions across timelines, client types, and roles.
• High ownership: track metrics, flag blockers, and provide updates without prompting.
• Familiarity with recruiting and team tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, ClickUp, Slack, Google Meet/Zoom/Loom.
• Ability to deliver honest assessments including flagging red flags when necessary.
• Growth mindset and willingness to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates across active requisitions, contributing to monthly placements.
• Run initial screens to assess fit, alignment, and client-readiness.
• Conduct structured prep calls including mock Q&A and role coaching.
• Write endorsement notes with evidence-based assessments in ClickUp.
• Partner with account managers and clients to align on true profile behind each req.
• Build and maintain candidate relationships through placement and beyond.
• Flag quality concerns or gaps early to avoid late-stage surprises.
• Manage pipeline and ClickUp cards with consistent hygiene.
• Track metrics and meet team KPIs on quality, retention, and time to hire.
