Job summary

KeepSpace Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist to join a growing ecommerce, logistics and supply chain team. You will handle customer enquiries, work with a CRM, and support a team of 4–6 in delivering quality sales and user support.

This permanent work-from-home role requires own computer, monitor, reliable internet, and strong English communication. Training on OKRs and our selling/operating processes will be provided, with opportunities for growth into specialist

Qualifications

• Strong English communication for Western markets, especially Australia.
• Attention to detail in handling enquiries and data.
• Experience in ecommerce and logistics environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team of 4–6 to develop quality sales and user support.
• Follow our CRM and understand business practices daily.
• Understand basic accounting and spreadsheets are required.
• Support onboarding and manage user emails for the admin team.
