Qualifications

• 1 year experience in inbound/outbound sales or call center.
• Outbound sales experience preferred.
• Experience supporting customers via phone, chat and email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Negotiate and close sales deals over phone, email or chat.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM documentation of interactions.
• Meet or exceed performance targets for KPIs.
