SharedEasy is hiring for a fully remote sales role coordinating with our NYC-based properties. The position involves handling high-volume inbound leads, qualifying quickly, and converting them into bookings with payment collected.

You will work across 20 properties and 100+ room configurations, keeping the CRM up-to-date and tracking conversion metrics. Ideal candidates have closed on commission before, manage multi-property inventories, and communicate professionally in English.

Qualifications

• Experience closing on commission in high-volume sales.
• Ability to manage large inventories across multiple properties.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within the designated time frame.
• Qualify leads by budget, dates, room type, and must-haves.
• Match clients to rooms across 20 properties and 100+ configurations.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings with payment collected.
• Set clear expectations on deposits, refunds, and house rules upfront.
• Maintain a clean CRM with daily follow-up and accurate notes.
• Track personal conversion rate, response speed, and booking accuracy.
• Coordinate with operations and finance for move-ins.
• Adapt to weekly changes in inventory, pricing, and rules.
