CS Outsource is seeking a detail-oriented Listing Specialist to manage and optimize property listings across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other platforms. You will craft compelling titles and descriptions to drive bookings and ensure accuracy of listings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in short-term rental or listing management.
• Hands-on with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar.
• Strong written English and attention to detail.
• Experience writing property descriptions and marketing copy.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel managers (Hostaway, Guesty, Hostfully, Lodgify).
• Basic SEO, listing optimization, and conversion understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines independently.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimize listings across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and more.
• Write compelling, SEO-friendly titles and descriptions to drive bookings.
• Ensure listing details, amenities, pricing, availability, rules are accurate.
• Organize photos, captions, and listing order for better presentation.
• Coordinate with operations to reflect actual properties in listings.
• Monitor performance, views, conversion rates, and trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, visibility, and occupancy.
• Conduct competitor and market research to benchmark listings.
• Troubleshoot listing issues and coordinate with platform support.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all channels.
