Job summary

Rove is seeking a Sales Lead to work remotely and coordinate with the NYC Sales Manager and Operations Manager. The role focuses on reservations management, lead qualification, and driving revenue for luxury property rentals.

You will engage guests across platforms, qualify opportunities, and support the Concierge and Listings teams while refining pricing and occupancy strategies. The position is contractor-based with a competitive monthly salary plus commissions, requiring strong English

Qualifications

Native-level business English communication is essential.
Experience in sales and real estate within short-term rentals or hotels (US-based).
Ability to run exploratory/discovery calls and manage objections.
Proactive, upbeat and people-oriented with great listening skills.
Strong written and verbal communication and organization skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot.

Responsibilities

Engage guests via calls, emails, and chats and promote the luxury Rove experience.
Qualify and progress a pipeline of potential guests toward bookings.
Support Reservations and Concierge teams with in-house guest needs.
Assist with pricing feedback and occupancy analysis for property owners.
Collaborate with Listings team to ensure data accuracy and updates.
Work toward monthly and quarterly revenue and occupancy goals.
