Job summary

Penbrothers is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to handle inbound emails and chat inquiries for a Singapore-based co-living client. You will engage leads, understand their needs, provide information, and guide them through the sales process to convert inquiries into customers.

Qualifications

• 2 years solid experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
• Persuasive and confident with the ability to handle objections.
• Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound emails and chats from prospective customers.
