• Experience converting inbound opportunities into paying customers.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and CRM data across cycles.

Aufgaben

• Run high-energy discovery on inbound conversations and establish rapport.
• Identify drivers, metrics, and decision-makers to advance opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to present the right Toptal offerings.
• Maintain clear next steps and forecast data in the CRM system.
• Keep clients engaged through technical stages and follow-up conversations.
• Close new business while meeting quality and conversion targets.
