Job summary

MCVO Talent Outsourcing Services is seeking a Sales Consultant to handle inbound client engagements, helping prospects understand how services address pain points and improve operations. All interactions are inbound with no cold calls, and appointments are pre-scheduled for maximum flexibility.

You’ll document calls in HubSpot, prepare proposals with Proposify, and coordinate project setup and communications across teams. Excellent communication and self-motivation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role (healthcare/consulting/B2B services preferred).
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; HubSpot experience a plus.
• Ability to draft clear, professional proposals; Proposify experience a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with flexible scheduling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled sales calls with prospective clients; no cold calls.
• Address client needs, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
• Follow up with clients via email to recap meetings and maintain communication.
• Document call notes and client interactions in HubSpot.
• Prepare and send customized proposals using Proposify.
• Manage proposal acceptance, project setup in Box.com, and team briefing docs.
• Provide clients with materials to initiate projects.
• Track and update project statuses in HubSpot.
