Job summary

MK Migration Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to drive revenue in a remote, night-shift role.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and build strong relationships with clients. You will monitor performance with CRM tools, conduct meetings and trainings, and collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead quality and conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of sales experience with B2B and B2C.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
