Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to manage inbound patient leads for a Beverly Hills cosmetic surgery practice. You will respond quickly via phone, text, and email to inquiries, build trust, and book consultations while following up with prospects who aren’t ready to commit.

Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years in high-touch sales, excellent English, and strong CRM experience. This is a remote role requiring proactive communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in inbound sales, patient coordination, or high-touch sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English with professional style.
• Strong phone confidence and experience with calls.
• Proven ability to convert inbound interest into appointments.
• Experience managing leads across phone, email, and SMS with CRM records.
• High emotional intelligence; able to build trust quickly.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Own the inbound patient lead pipeline and respond to new inquiries with urgency across phone, text, and email.
• Turn qualified interest into booked consultations by building trust and guiding prospects.
• Follow up consistently with non-booked prospects with personalized communication.
• Build longer-term nurture relationships with interested prospects.
• Maintain a polished, reassuring phone presence with affluent patients.
• Qualify incoming leads and identify where prospects are in decision-making.
• Document all interactions and next steps in the practice CRM.
• Provide after-hours and weekend lead coverage for fast responses.
• Support prospective patients after consultation as they consider surgery.
