Job summary
BizForce in the Philippines is seeking a Lead Conversion & Inbound Scheduling Specialist for medical aesthetics clinics. You’ll manage inbound calls, texts, web inquiries and other leads with the goal of booking consultations and appointments.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in inbound sales or appointment setting.
- Experience with EMR/EHR or CRM systems is required.
- Strong communication, listening, and closing skills.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, texts, and web inquiries.
- Convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations and appointments.
- Follow up with leads to maximize bookings and reduce drop-offs.
- Document calls and follow-ups in the CRM/EMR system accurately.
- Coordinate with front-office and clinical teams as needed.
