BizForce is seeking a highly motivated Lead Conversion Specialist to manage inbound calls, texts, web inquiries, and other prospective patient leads. The goal is to convert qualified prospects into scheduled consultations and appointments while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate excels in sales and closing skills, builds rapport quickly, and can discuss services and next steps confidently.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and professional phone presence.
• 1+ year in phone-based sales, inbound sales, lead conversion or appointment setting.
• Proven ability to convert inbound inquiries into appointments or consultations.
• Experience with medical practice management systems or CRM is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, texts, web inquiries and other leads.
• Engage prospects and build trust from the first interaction.
• Identify needs and aesthetic goals to guide scheduling.
• Educate prospects using approved guidelines and services.
• Ask for the appointment and guide leads through scheduling.
• Schedule consultations per provider guidelines and ensure clarity of details.
• Document lead interactions and outcomes in the practice system.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure handling of patient information.
