Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced BMS Estimator for a fully remote independent contractor role based in the Philippines. You will review mechanical, electrical and BMS drawings, develop detailed tender submissions, and identify scope gaps, risks and qualifications.

The position requires strong HVAC/bms knowledge and experience with estimating software. You will collaborate with estimating, engineering and project delivery teams and prepare clear handover documentation for Australian

Qualifications

Experience in BMS estimating, BMS engineering or controls engineering.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical plant and building controls.
Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical and BMS drawings and specifications.
Strong understanding of BMS architecture, controllers, I/O and networks.
Experience preparing detailed tenders, quotations or project estimates.

Responsibilities

Review mechanical, electrical and BMS drawings, specifications and equipment schedules.
Interpret control requirements and BMS architecture for tender estimates.
Develop BMS points schedules and controller selections.
Estimate BMS network architecture, including BACnet/IP and BACnet MS/TP.
Prepare detailed tender breakdowns and documentation for delivery teams.
Review supplier quotations and identify scope gaps and risks.
Prepare handover documentation for the Australian project team.
