This role demands accuracy, technical expertise, and a customer‑first approach. You’ll take full ownership of the quoting process — from initial inquiry to final approval — ensuring every proposal is profitable, precise, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end quoting for residential HVAC jobs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Build, adjust, and finalize sales quotes using Service Titan as the primary platform.
• Monitor job queues and maintain up‑to‑date records of quotes and communications.
• Control margins and ensure profitability aligns with company targets.
• Liaise directly with customers via phone and email to discuss scope, pricing, and options.
• Collaborate with service and installation teams for smooth project handovers.
• Uphold accuracy and consistency in all documentation and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience quoting residential HVAC systems in the Australian market (split, ducted, evaporative cooling).
• Mandatory expertise in Service Titan for quoting, price book management, and margin tracking.
• Strong grasp of HVAC layouts, floor plans, and technical specifications.
