Qualifications

• Experience in preparing scope of works for projects.
• Ability to prepare detailed quotes covering materials, labor, and installation costs.
• Proven track record in tender submissions and tender handover.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis for cost estimation.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to work autonomously or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing a Scope of Works for a wide range of projects
• Obtaining competitively priced materials
• Preparation and participation in Tender Handover meetings
• Form relationships with existing clients including following up on existing tenders.
• Ensure compliance with Tender requirements.
• Prepare construction budget by studying plans, specification, and schedules, identifying and projecting costs,
• Measurement of critical take-off metrics and preparation of bill of quantities
• Sending and tracking of tender packages to contractors and suppliers,
• Report on tender risk & opportunities
• Ensure tender submissions are in line with client requirements.
