Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a HubSpot CRM Administrator to maintain and evolve a growing HubSpot environment. This hands-on role focuses on refining processes, supporting requests, troubleshooting issues, and preserving data quality as the business scales.

You will collaborate across teams to map how HubSpot configurations connect, review architecture, and implement changes that improve efficiency without disrupting what is already working. Fully remote, US-hours availability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM
• Strong understanding of HubSpot workflows and reporting
• Ability to troubleshoot CRM and data issues

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the HubSpot CRM environment
• Review and improve CRM processes and configurations
• Build and customize HubSpot functionality based on business requirements
• Implement requests and process improvements
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and support automation
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards
• Maintain data quality and conduct data cleanup
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
