Job summary

Penbrothers International is seeking a HubSpot Administrator / Sales & Marketing Administrator (Junior to Mid Level) to manage our HubSpot CRM and support marketing, sales operations, content, and admin tasks. This role blends CRM ownership with content publishing and coordinating marketing activities.

You will guide leadership on CRM best practices, maintain data hygiene, and help optimize workflows while supporting WordPress content updates and LinkedIn activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on HubSpot administration including CRM management and data hygiene.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical HubSpot configurations.
• Experience uploading, formatting, and publishing content in WordPress.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recurring workstreams.
• Comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• HubSpot Administration & CRM Operations: manage day-to-day HubSpot setup, records, lifecycle stages, and dashboards.
• Build and optimize workflows, sequences, and pipelines based on business needs.
• Maintain data hygiene: deduplication, standardization, unsubscribe management, and accuracy.
• Provide guidance on HubSpot capabilities and best practices to leadership.
• Content & Website Operations: format and publish blog posts to WordPress, update site content, cross-post to LinkedIn.
• Sales & Marketing Support: assist with materials, email marketing, lists, and tracking activities.
• Reporting & Administrative Support: prepare recurring reports and maintain trackers and docs.
