Job summary

twiceasnice Recruiting seeks a Talent Acquisition & HR Partner to lead full-cycle technical recruiting for an international, remote-first team. You will own the candidate experience, build scalable hiring processes, and partner with recruiters and hiring teams to develop strong pipelines for Software Engineers and related roles.

The role requires hands-on execution, cross-time-zone collaboration, and a proactive, independent work style to meet global meetings and interviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting (tech focus)
• International recruiting experience required
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Flexibility to schedule cross-time-zone meetings

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for international tech roles
• Manage postings, resume screening, and interviews
• Develop candidate pipelines with recruiters and hiring teams
• Coordinate communications: scheduling, offers, declines
• Improve end-to-end hiring processes for scalability
• Develop screening tools and interview scorecards
• Coordinate with HR for country-specific hiring requirements
• Perform compensation research to stay competitive
• Support performance review framework development
• Provide occasional HR administrative support
